Excitement is brewing.  Snow is forcast to start late tomorrow night.  Arctic chill arrived late yesterday, resulting in a scramble to locate our polar-rated coveralls, hats, and gloves.  The birds seem to know something is up, with much activity at the freshly-refilled feeders.  We hope for snow, but will believe it when we see it.  If it does arrive, it will be short-lived:  thunderstorms and highs in the 60s are forecast for mid-week!  So far, the muscadines are faring well this winter.
